Hello, I need someone to clean up the image on some dash cam videos. I need to identify a license plate from a hit and run driver. The image is too dark and grainy to see without video editing. I need frames pulled from the video that clearly show the license plate. I am able to make out a few letters and numbers just from basic color/image adjustment. Should be a quick and simple job for a pro. Thank you.
