Need explainer videos.

This video is just the first video in a series of such elearning video courses and we are looking to build relationship with good video editors and post production companies. NO GENERIC PITCHES - WE WILL IGNORE GENERIC PITCHES. Please read the specs below and pitch specific to our needs. Include some detail in your proposal so that we know that you have read the specs and thought over it and have come up with a specific proposal for us. We have a Voice over of about 31 minutes which has 3 sections of different durations (totaling to 31 minutes). We need to make 3 explainer style videos for these 3 sections. This is a training program and the topic is wifi security. I have attached section 1 voice over here so that you get an idea about the content. We are open to re-recording the Voice over too if you have the facility to do so. But this is not mandatory as we can use the current voice over too. Please - no generic pitches. Please listen to the Voice over and let us know what your visual approach would be. We are not keen on too much animation but are keeping all options open. You could come up with a simple presentation style graphics theme or slide based theme too instead of using characters and character animation. The goal is that our student/learner should be able to grasp the content of the course well. If you have any ideas that need modifications to the script (maybe you want to introduce some character or some other element in the script to make it interesting) we are open to such changes. Do let us know details of what you have in mind. We do not want to get too carried away with the story telling paradigm or any other style that takes the learner away or distracts him/her. The visual style should reinforce and help the learner achieve the learning goals and if you can do it using a presentation style or slide based graphics - so be it! Quote for 3 videos - not just the first section - total duration is 31 minutes. We will give the other 2 sections VO once we award the project. The first section os attached here.
