make a video

the video should first show high rise buildings from the sky of a particular real estate company and then say the video shows close up and then say - from the 16th floor of the building a flat owner goes down in the passenger lift and then once he reaches the ground floor the video shows that he walks for a few seconds and then goes to car parking building nearby which is abt 250 meters from his residential bldg and enters the passenger lift in that car parking building and then enters Podium 3 and then once he reaches Podium 3, he walks abt 50 meters, sits in his car and drives through the ramp to the ground floor of the building and walks off through the entry exit gate.... pls tell me how much time and money you would take.....in this bad economy, i am looking at someone who makes an aesthetically very good video at a very reasonable price
