Social Media Video editor | Long Term Project

Hi Freelancers,
I am looking for a really good, and fast video editor who can make really engaging videos and content for our social media channels.
We are a small cosmetics company with a decent following. I would like to change the way we put content out and have a professional do the editing for the videos/reels/ adverts we put out on our social media channels. The videos will normally be 15-60s long and will need sharp snappy and fun transitions. Good overlays. Sometimes subtitles. Sometimes music.
I am looking for a freelancer who wants to be part of my team. You will obviously work remotely but i'd like to be able to film content throughout the week and share it with you in our dropbox/googledrive. You take that content and edit it down into short clips that we can us online.
At the beginning of the project we will meet on zoom/skype to discuss what the look and feel should be, brand identity so you'll always know what i'm looking for and you can do your job quickly and efficiently.

Ideally i'd like to know what your hourly rate would be or what you'd charge per video edit. so in your bid please specify if you are bidding based on an hourly rate or based on a per-video. I expect to be putting out maybe 1-2 videos per week so there will be a constant flow of work. Please take this into consideration when you bid.
This is for a long term partnership so please keep that in mind when bidding.
