Optimization of VR worlds (Assets provided)

We are a French company that creates virtual reality content for digital trainings. We are searching for a team of developpers for a long term collaboration. The main role would be to help us to create some adaptable VR worlds in Unity 3D, based on assets that we will buy or provide. So, the main actions would be to 1) Import the assets into Unity (connecting textures, optimization, etc.) 2) Import existing textures, and change and improve textures, when necessary 3) Integrate differents objects in the worlds (assets provided) (tools, furniture, etc.) 4) Activate these objects, as well as walls, doors (opening and closing), etc. 5) Programming interactions, such as : breaking objects, animations (fire, explosion), measuring tools, etc. 6) Integrate sound effects and other audio (audio and sound effects provided) 7) Integrate the interface and tools that another team will be creating 8) Optimize all the environment and objects to increase performance and reduce lag as much as possible And from time to time : 9) Modeling custom objects 10) Activating additional elements of game play, depending on the project (Game mechanics, special functionnality, etc.) For each world, what we need is a functionnal and realistic open world. Another team will create the game mechanics. A primary characteristic we are searching for is good communication. We would like this team to be mostly autonomous. Except for the special modeling and the game play (9 & 10), we would like to have an all-inclusive set of specifications for all the worlds, in order to repeat the same type of work for multiple worlds.
