Making a AR traveling application

I would like to make the AR traveling application with unity and cross platform
-need to be showing the coupon or some character when travelers scanning the certain shops outside and inside like a Pokémon go.
-need to make buy and sell as an e-commerce
( have to be follow koreanized with all the Korean api
Which payment,maps, login system etc,.)
-need to make the admin panel to track then all the users data and where to visited and eat also making with app and web-
-AR function must be dynamic which admin can add it some characters and coupon with certain QR code or not even using qrcode( using longitude and latitudes to showing up the AR once people scan the out side of shop and place)
-making like a foursquare app to search the restaurant' place, bar so on.. able to review.
- connect to kakao api to give bus direction for travelers
-making the some ar
-notification pop up when admin put some event for everyone and give direct link that possible to visit when click.-
that is some parts of the tasks.
