Integrate Simple Game Tech Tree in my Unity game. -- 2

I need a Simple Techtree using scriptable objects in game. Please check attached file for the logic flow. I will also send videos of overview of how a skill tree should work. Skill tree should have the same function as shop systems. I will also send the code of the game where you need to integrate it. Requirement. You must send me 3 video clips of progress report per day.
