Looking for XAMPP stack CakePHP, ember.js or similar MVC expert consultant.

I currently have a project built on the following: Windows Server 2012 XAMPP Stack Backend Framework: CakePHP Frontend: ember.js, bootstrap Database: MYSQL I need someone proficient in CakePHP and ember.js or a similar js MVC to assess my current site and built out a scope of what functionality I currently have as well as do some debugging and coding. My previous developer abruptly left the job, so I am looking for someone to debug his code and write new code where necessary functionality is missing. The site is a one page web app. The job is four fold: 1. Assess code and give me report of what is directories and files are being used by current live beta site. 2. There seems to be a break between the frontend and backend integration for one of the pages. It used to have certain functionality that somehow disappeared the page is now blank. 3. I have some MVC front-end pages that were live on the site, but then taken down. I would like them made live again. 4. Cleanup directories and remove unneccesary files and folders. While providing documentation that any developer can read and understand the code and functions of the application. What I will give you: 1. Tour of the live production server, but no direct access until I trust you 2. A zip of the code and database, so you may put together app and work on your own server I am looking for the best developers out there to perfect the code I have. I am not looking for someone to build the site from scratch or for long term development. I need someone with a positive attitude, who has patience, and can take criticism like an adult. I am looking for someone who understands I am the client, and respects the sanctity of good client care. I can be difficult at times, so if you are looking for a sucker, try someone else. If you know what you are doing and you understand the value of good client relationships, then we will have no problems
