Record and take pictures of people speaking poor english

I am doing a research study on people in various countries and their speech abilities with regards to English. I am in particular looking for people with very bad English speaking skills. I also would like a picture of these people. Please state in your bid what country you will be doing this project in.
What you will need for this project:
- Good audio recording equipment
- A digital Camera
What you will do:
- I will give you a list of English sentences I want you to get the person to read. Each item that people will read will only take 3-10 seconds to read.
- You will find women and men in your country that barely speak English, or that speak it but very poorly so it is hard to understand.
- You will record the women and men speaking a couple of the sentences from the list I give you.
- Each recording should be good quality, without too much background noise.
- You will then take a picture of them with a digital camera. I do not need a picture of their legs, from the stomach up with their head would be a good photo.
- Keep the picture with the person's audio recording, so I know which picture is attached to each audio recording.
If you do a good job with the number of phrases/sentences I give you and find good people for my study, I will ask you to do more work for me.

I want the people that submit bids to understand that they are just 1 of many bidders I will be selecting, and each winning bidder will be doing something that takes maybe 2-3 hours. If you are selected you likely only need to record 15 people and take their pictures, which shouldn't take that long. I am a university student doing research and do not have lots of money to waste on something that can be done in a short amount of time.

Just to clarify, the audio recordings are only going to be a few seconds. A typical thing you will have them say is, "Where is the bathroom sir?" or "A corvette is faster than a Toyota Prius" and other short sentences.
