3d model needed for printing

We need a 3d model in gcode (to print on 3d printer) of a tapered cylinder aproximately 5 inches in height and 3 inches in diameter at the top that slowly narrows to about 2 inches on the bottom. On each side of the cylinder there will be 5 to 6 "cups". What we mean by cups are small (3/4" in size or so) C shaped objects that will help collect air when spun. The cylinder will have to be open where these cups are and small built in tubes will take the collected air and route it out the bottom of the cylinder (at the 2 inch open bottom). The thing is, we need these tubes to taper as well to create a "venturi effect". If you are not familiar with the venturi effect, here is the definition: The Venturi effect is the reduction in fluid pressure that results when a fluid or air flows through a constricted section (or choke) of a pipe. These tubes will be designed so they are equally placed on both sides of the cylinder (2 sets of cups, one on each side) so the weight distribution is equal. If this can be designed so the tubes hug the inside wall of the cylinder or are placed inside the cylinder wall, that would be ideal. The cylinder will be spun by an electric motor and balance is very important. On the inside of the cylinder, about half way down the inside, we need a solid surface to mount the electric engine. It should be thick enough to add support not only for the engine but to help keep the cylinder from collapsing as well. It should also have a very small hole in the center to mount the engine. (about the size of a pencil tip). The "cups" that stick out cannot be lined up all in a single row down the cylinder. They must be lined up in a staggered position. So if place the top cup, the second cup will be moved over to about the middle of the first one and below it. (see my crude picture...lol). Remember my pic only shows one row of cups, we need 2 on both sides of the cylinder. Think of this almost like a drinking cup, except it will have openings on the top and bottom. I have attached some very crude images of what I believe it should look like but we are open to design changes to get optimum air flow/pressure coming out at the bottom of the cylinder.
