Looking for long-term artists assistant with architectural, 3D and drawning skills

Please read this description carefully as I am looking for a creative 'partner' with whom I could work with for a long period! I am visual artist creating installations, films and performances for art galleries and exhibitions. I am looking for creative professional who can help me to execute works what I will need as part of my projects. I prefer to find one right person I can work with for a longer period over the year instead awarding different person for each task. This way working together would be more seamless and more effortless for both of us. Requirements: - Able to execute 3D modelling of gallery space for exhibition proposal (to show to gallery managers how my art work would look in the space - with scales and visualization). - Able to digitally drawn sketches of my art works based my notes / simple pencil sketches. - Able to make architectural plans and visualized details based on my ideas, notes and sketches. - Basic Adobe editing softwares for photo and film editing. - Understanding the contemporary art world, multimedia installations and design is desirable but not necessary! I don't have architectural skills, so I need a person who is able to bring my ideas from the notes into the concrete plans. For example, if I have an idea to make a wooden structure for my art piece, I need an architect to make the final outcome of the details how I could actually build the structure to make it safe and convenient. - Materialistic understanding is needed. Usually I use wood, plastic and electronical items as wires and devices - sometimes with water on my art works.
