CAD surfaces that need closing and solid volume creating

Attached are 2 files of the same part. A step file and a Iges. This has some small gap(s) that need healing and closing to form a solid volume. I need a solid volume and sent back to me in step format. The first person to do this has won the job, so will award after complete. As this is only simple, I wont award unless it is done. Thanks.
