We have a 90% complete project which has been modelled on PDMS. The plant has 1000L mixers, 1000L tanks, 850 meters of 1/2", 1" and 2" ASME B31.3 Schedule 80 piping, four off 6.5 tonnes by 22kW hydraulic extrusion press's, 15kW hydraulic filter press's, Two polymer blending stations and in line mixers, packaging, boxing and robot palletising station and pallet conveyors to warehouse. This project is to: 1) Perform electrical, structural, mechanical and piping modifications to the existing 57megabyte (Compressed(Zipped)) AVEDA PDMS Model. 2) Produce isometrics, structural steel, plan and elevation drawings for the construction of prefabricated pipe modules from the AVEDA PDMS model.
