The container needs to be, roughly 40-50 mm in diameter and 20-30mm in thickness, completley circular in shape, and comprising of an upper portion and a lower portion. The container should be smooth and free of any corners, verticies, or edges except for that of where the two halves meet. Both the upper and lower portions need to have a removable rubber-like lining a few mm thick. There should be a structure to facilitate the connection between the inner and outer shell so that the rubber lining can be snappingly recieved into the hard shell. The upper and lower portions will be connectable by threads, only requiring one full rotation or less to disconnect the two portions. Also, upon nearing the full rotation and closure of the container, a small notch in the threading will be needed to provide a satisfying "snap" close and help prevent loosening.

Hi, I have been doing solid modeling for past 10 years. Understood you project specification clearly. Just need few clarifications at the moment. 1. Diameter is 40 - 50 mm and thickness is 20 mm to 30 mm. Something is odd here. This kind of geometry will leave no room inside the container. Pls recheck... if the thickness is 2 mm to 3 mm!! 2.
