Cover Creator Software Upgrades 3.0

Hello, We are looking for a coder who has worked and has a lot of experience developing 3D applications using DirectX. The software creates ebook covers, software box shot, CD cases etc all in 3D. It was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 utilising DirectX 8.1 for its 3D engine. This bid is an update for the cover creator software that was developed by a RAC coder. The requirements include addition of new features, bug fixes dan interface enhancements to the current version of Cover creator. The current version is fully functional and the winning coder doesn't have to start developing from scratch. Please refer to the attached ZIP file for detail information regarding the requirements for this bid. The full VB6 code of the application will be sent to winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)Deliverables should include full documentation (help file) which include Quick Start Guide and explaination for all features. ## Platform Windows 98/Me/2K/XP
