Manufacture a Product for me

I am looking for an engineering company experienced in prototype design and manufacturing with a history of past successful projects and references preferably for small VAWT or similar projects There is a complete 3D design for frame and moving mechanical parts of VAWT and no electrical components (such as generator) are necessary at this stage of prototype development Project consist of mostly basic easy to manufacture aluminium and plastic parts and approximately 1.5m to 2m in size VAWT mechanical parts also include a combo of 3 neodymium magnets (one disk, one hallow cylinder and one solid cylinder, all retail available) Project budget is $1,500 to $2,000 and max 10% upfront payment Pls. check attached images before contacting me with questions. I will be checking my freelencer account on daily basis. Start of project will also require signing of a simple NDA
