Hey, I have worked on my LED lights for Honda and toyota as project Engineer. I have checked your drawing and images. It make some sense. I think you want to package some LED arrays in a housing and use Heatsink as a part of LED array. I can assure you of work as I know the working knowledge of LED lights. Recently I designed Honda civic 2015 Headlight . If you want to check my work look at it. I have designed it packaged it, did many analysis on it and finally released it.
