If you like it and want to work with me I would give you 2 offers: First: if you provide me a 3D model (.3ds .c4d .dwg .dxf or some others file formats, layered exported) I could animate it (complexity similar like your link, but with better camera movements) and render it (a little bit better quality) for 200 usd. Second: if I have to modeling everything from your drawings (they should be detailed enough) the price for everything would be around 500 usd (depending of your project).
