We are creating a side scrolling game and are looking for someone who can make the background move in a perspective manor. We have images .jpg and .psd that will need to be turned into a 2 minute background video. Our goal is to make the further away icebergs move slower and the closer ones move faster therefore creating a perspective distance view. I have attached a video that show a quick illustration of the way we will need the image animated (for 2 minutes of drift). I have attached the .jpg and .psd file as well. Thank you!
