To Whom It May Concern I have a client who is looking for 3D rendering in a microsimulation traffic model that we are developing for them - the software we use is able to use either 3DS or skp files. The first part of the project involves producing a terrain model of the area shown. (see attached, St [login to view URL]) If the terrain model is of sufficient quality we will also comission you to populate this terrain model with the streetscape that currently exists. In addition we will also require the removal/replacement of parts of this streetscape model with individual buildings or blocks of buildings for a future development scenario.
