Do some 3D Modelling On a Maya Shirt

Hi, we have an existing 3D model of a Men's Shirt, and we need to make some modifications to it. On the Collars and the Cuffs and Plackets. (We will show you exactly what we need)
From there, we also need to modify the Render "Script" that used to create the different parts of the shirt so we can update the names of each file rendered.
Finally, we need a clear and concise walk through of exactly how to proceed taking any "repeatable patterned Cloth" and placing it on this model in order to ensure that we can produce the items we need.
Everything will be done in MAYA 2015.
