Animate a \"superhero\" character (4 second broadcast quality animation)

We are launching a new product and we have developed a \"superhero\" character for the mascot for the product. We need an animation creating for this character. It must be around 4 or 5 seconds long. Please see attached image of the character. We would like him to start off far in the distance and then \"march\" towards us, getting closer (and bigger). Then, when he is almost full screen, we want him to put his arms on his hips, in a superhero pose, showing his big muscles. At this point, the logo should also animate on to the screen please. Please note that we actually have the vector artwork, so you will NOT need to redraw it The finished animation will need to be HD broadcast quality. Deadline for completion is Friday 16th January. (please also allow time for drafts, revisions etc). If you have any questions, please let me know and we can discuss them.
