solve an error when I am trying to load the NN model

Hi , I am a final year post graduate student at Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. I am working in the area of Deep Learning ,machine learning and Computer vision. I can do this project as I had coded machine learning algorithms from the scratch(without using Machine learning libraries) with python. I can complete the project with the help of open source libraries as well as without using them. I used to code in python and C language.
