We want to find out the best ingredient of artificial flavor for confectionary, drink & jelly.
We have to shorten time to develop new flavor.
Current steps are:
1. Analyze the sample and know the components
2. According to the components, we gather the elements and mix them up (flavor prototype 1)
3. Apply the prototype for the actual product like confectionary, drink & jelly, and valuate.
4. If it does fits, we should make next prototype 2
( In case we do not have the sample, we will start with the idea from the client.
Normally, we will make first prototype by our perfumer.)
This one cycle for testing one flavor takes 3- 5 days.
Requirement for
First, we want to get prototype 1 in short time.
Secondly, we give the valuation of prototype 1 to the system, then get prototype 2 from system (System should steadily learn this process.)
There are more than 500 of raw material – artificial, natural and its complex.
We can provide all:
-all flavor elements (element names and percentage)
-all past ingredient and its products
Deliverables:
-system well- trained with machine learning plus AI
-Handling console (elements, ingredients, applicated product, development process and etc)
*You may work only for machine-learning part
You should suggest the most updated method and AI .
You should also provide server structure.
Design should be provided by us.
