This Job is to help me out in finding my next real estate deal. The freelancer will do internet research to find potential deals in places like zillow, realtytrac, craigslist, etc then will send me the potential deals, I will analyze them and make my offers. The freelancer will talk to the sellers on the phone, send them my offer Need to have good phone and internet connection. Everything will be handled via my portal [login to view URL] (or [login to view URL] , if you are a realtor) this portals will send e-mail instructions on how to proceed with searching for this deals. My only area of interest is in the area in the attached map. The house must be between 1200 and 2000 square foot I will make 1 milestone with the full payment of $ 1,000.00 here at freelancer.com and success is considered each time I buy a property, meaning milestone of $ 1,000.00 is released each time I close on a property.
