i have a vps server A and dedicated server B i would like to get a script that checks server A compare B for any modifications and allow me to choose what files i should sync the same thing should happen to SQL server if developers added a table or few columns on server A , the script should be smart enough to notify me of this change and ability to deploy it to server B.

First of all why you need different server to be synced with each other when two websites on different server can share same sql db . i think i can solve your problem.
