using Oracle Apex we want to create a secure and efficient Project Management Software. For now, as a start we will declare projects and users. users are assigned to projects and have access only to their projects. at the project level there will be attached documents and images that all the project users can see and the same at the user level that only the admin and the user can see, and there is a need for chat or forum public at the project level and private at the user level the history of the chat need to be kept. also, there is a need to send a notifications to the users SMS or Emails. A dashboard with image for each project when clicking on it the project will open
