I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I need a simple C++ or NodeJS Code From Github developed into a Program , The Code is available just needs to be Compiled. Micro Project, very easy and straightforward . Involves A Program that Produces Invalid Bitcoin Transaction And Braodcasts it to the Web. The TX doesn’t get any confirmations but stays there as pending. I need this Program to Test a Bitcoin Based Mobile Recharge Website I am making. Thanks! It should take an Incoming Address, An outgoing Address and number of coins to broadcast as a transaction.
