I want to copy file faster from local drive to USB drive!

This would give you approx 480 Mbps(60 MBPS) transfer rate, which means your 650 MB fie should transfer in under 10 seconds. So, a hardware solution, not software. If this is not acceptable, then tell me what version of windows you use, what type of USB stick, and your USB drive's version(1 or 2), and I can offer you other caching... based solutions.

Copy?? get a good quality usb 3.0 or 3.1. it's an hardware limitation that you cannot solve by software unless you compress the file or folder.
