I require work on creating a new strategy from Prisoners dilemma game using the Axelrod Library ( A research tool for the Iterated Prisoner's Dilemma)

NEAT (NeuroEvolution of Augmenting Topologies) is an evolutionary algorithm that creates artificial neural networks. NEAT is also works as a black box and just requires the coding to link the two projects together.
Please read both libraries and if you can have experienced working with python & neural networks and feel you could do this project please bid with your price. This requires some expertise and understanding of neural networks but if you have worked with things such as Tensor flow, this should be fairly easy. This shouldn't require much coding work mainly just a understand of the libraries enough to link them together.
