Urgent Excel Visual Basic Macro work

This is to fix a small project with some Excel VBA macros to copy and highlight some data from a few columns to other sheets/worksheets involving a total of 4 worksheets.
Please sign the NDA, read the requirements in the word and txt documents and feel free to ask any questions you may have.
Bids over the maximum project amount will be ignored.
P.S. Please note that some columns and rows get added every week and data needs to be copied accordingly. Good understanding of written and spoken English is a must and voice chat is preferred to explain things properly (skype/remote screen sharing possible). The maximum time-frame is 8 hours to fix and complete the tasks (I will be available to voice chat/discuss in the first 2-4 hours of this time-frame and last hour or so).

Upon successful completion within the time-frame the selected bidder will be kept on the shortlist for future work (we get many (web designs, custom coding, excel work, graphics design, etc.)).
