I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Mac using Python. Developer needs to be able to manage various data inputs (road network map with rich metadata, Origin-Destination matrices with over 600 million rows and vehicle usage rate) into a routing assignment algorithm that is open source (see below). Must have basic form of visualisation built using a Mapbox or equivalent as routing visualisations do exist. Advanced experience in python or equivalent essential.
