Rewrite a Quantopian python code

Rewrite a Quantopian python code to run on Quantconnect I have a python algorithm which runs on Quantopian platform. Now I need to transfer this code to Quantconnect. I would like to hire a coder who is familiar with python language used in both quantopian and quantconnect, and rewrite this algorithm on quantconnect platform. The algorithm is about 198 lines including some comments and blanks.
