I require a Python coded Microsoft Word (extension .doc) exploit builder/Tool

I require a Python coded Microsoft Word (extension .doc) exploit builder/Tool to convert executable files extensions to .doc file extensions that can be opened with any version of MS office Word. (at least 2003 - 2013 MS office Word versions) The doc exploit must be SILENT type (Not Macro). The word document when opened must silently and automatically install the exe/dll/bat/pif file in the background unknown to the target host machine. The doc exploit must be completely undetectable to runtime and scan time Anti-virus software and anti-exploit scanner software. Minimum acceptable detection rate 3/41. Whoever wins this bid must be able to REFUD the builder subsequently in the event it gets detected by antivirus and anti-exploit scanner software. I will be willing to pay for this REFUD. PREFERENCES: 1. The exploit should work by download and execute method as opposed to embedding the exe within the document. 2. The word document when opened may or may not be editable, but my preference is for it to be editable or to be able to include the contents of a template .doc file in the final output doc. 3. The word document should be able to call up and open a decoy word document after the executable is installed. 4. The output word document when downloaded from the internet should be able to run with protected view enabled without the victim having to enable editing. Preferences are negotiable. I will collect the Exploit Builder Source code.
