I own a notary business and want to offer remote notary online software that will issue digital certificates for each notary and document signature options as well as audio/video capabilities during the actual notary process which normally lasts 5-10 minutes without customer having to download the app (unless developing an app is easier). The software program will need memory/storage space to retain the videos and also have the ability to maintain and electronic journal. No, I'd recommend not making a downloadable app for this. This needs to be quick and seamless. Now when you say you want a Video conference with your client so you mean yourself having a conference with them or would you be having other users do that for you ? From what I have read , there are only a few more things that needs answering so that I can understand your deployment. So let me elaborate on that . Can you please tell me what type of API you will be using for Data set ( IF ANY ) , Can you tell me the type of Server you have ? and of course what type of CRON it supports?
