Need a Console App to password protect a zip file and save a zip file in C#

I am in need of help on creating a console app that will take any file, archive it into a zip file and then password protect the zip file. I attempted to write some code using the DotNetZip library but I am experiencing issues. This should be a quick and easy project to complete.
