License plate recognition - traffic monitoring

Develop a software which can be compiled on Raspi and Linux,

capable of monitoring multiple IP cameras ( 1 Raspi should be

connected to multiple IP Cameras). This system has to analyse the live

video streaming which monitor the road traffic, while extracting

license car plates, car plate snapshot, car speed, car color, day/time

car passed.

- Data extracted from video analyses has to be stored to a database

- Make GUI-1 (front end) which can run on windows/webcased to use for

searching, filter search has to include filtering by date/time – car color

– car plate number – car plate letter – cars without car plate – car


-Make another GUI-2 (back end) for configuration, which include

adding cameras and modification of other configuration...

- Deliver Source code in python and C++, and the Instructions to set up

the database in Pi and run the source code in Raspi, Ubuntu
