Corrections and missing features on Moip POC

Project for Sravan. As agreed, please revise source code, perform corrections, and implement the missing functionalities fot the following entities: Customer: get (already implemented), list, create, update, delete Tax document, Phone, Address are sub objects of Customer: they should have update and delete. Create and Get already is done via Customer Funding Instrument: add, remove, update, delete, get, list. For type creditcard and bank account Order: create, get, list, update, delete Tonight I will upload the source code implemented until now. BUDGET: USD 25 max. Thanks
