Cloud based application development for data analysis (ongoing Project)

I want to develop a cloud based stock analysis application. The first job is to design a database which will automatically update daily EOD data of all NSE stocks into the database. I need the most recent 3 years data in the database at all times. Data updated Daily at 7 PM IST. Typically, in a nutshell, you will be writing codes for designing the following: Charts, technical indicators, etc. This will be an ongoing project and I expect you to be able to contribute to this project consistently with short turnaround. I will be taking at least 3 programmers to begin with. Please bid for database development, charts, 5 different technical indicators and 15 different similar logic operations including setup, page designs etc. I am looking for the best technical skills with relevant experience in this area. However, I will choose the most conservative freelancer.
