The project is to develop a software to split and name PDF files according to some criteria.

Specifically, the software should be able to:

(1) import all PDF files from a specified folder,

(2) for each imported PDF file, split it into multiple PDF files according to the table of contents (which includes hypolinks to bookmarks) at the beginning of the PDF file,

(3) name each split PDF using a report number (Rpt., see attached PDF for example) specified in the table of contents,

(4) store the named PDF files into a desinated folder.
