Automatic contact generator and saving for MAC

I'm looking for someone to develop an application that does/have the following: Allow me to generate numbers based on criteria I set. Each time I open the software I will enter 4 things ( In 4 boxes) A. First box: let's call it Name. B. Second box: let's call Prefix C. Third box: and it's name will be Core D. Fourth box: and name it Suffix. Example: Name: Apple Prefix: 001234 ( The number of characters in this field should be flexible not fixed) Core: 99999* ( also changing characters count) --it means there will be 9999 generated numbers Suffix: 93 ( Also, the number of characters are not the same all the time) After clicking "Go" the software will start generating numbers in the following patter 0012340000193 name of contact will be Apple00001 0012340000293 name of contact will be Apple00002 0012340000393 name of contact will be Apple00003 0012340000493 name of contact will be Apple00004 . UNTIL 00123499999 93 * if core was 99, then there will be 99 number, 999 = 999 numbers ..... etc After all numbers have been generated, all of these numbers will be saved in MAC contacts. ___________ When you apply to this job make sure you answer these questions 1) Your approach in this project -- which programming language ..... etc 2) Expected completion time.
