Please confirm if you want a desktop application - will it run on one system or multiple systems connected in LAN? Are you okay with us developing it in Vb.Net and MS SQL? If I understand this requirement correctly, you need to store the demographic and progress related information of contractors in a database. While the demographic may not change much, the progress related information will change over time and you would need a way to efficiently enter that in the database. Once the information is stored correctly, you would also need a way to report the progress based on training needs for different streams (shower screen/frameless/robe doors etc.). The Q&A's sheet is something that I could not understand correctly and could not think how it relates to the training. It somehow seems to be client feedback form. Is that correct? So, to design the database capable of addressing all such requorements will need more inputs from your side. Baed on those, I would be able to suggest the appropriate design and reporting mechanism.
