So, first: For this project, If you have a team or can find a team in your country that could help you, please let me know. That will make everything easier and will increase ur possibilities.
The project objective is to design an exoskeleton for people who cant walk. It will require knowledge in robotics, engineering, artificial intelligence, neural networks, electronics, material science, etc.
If you dont have all the knowledge for this, what is possible you dont, let me know what you can do. That way, if needed, I can make a team, instead of just hire one person. Budget was placed as reference. Tell me your fee, but consider realistic numbers. But try to place a very real bid.
Remember, this isnt just make a 3D design, it require real knowledge because after completed, it need to be manufactured.

I am Mechatronics Engineer Specialized in Robotics and Intelligent Machine Engineering. I have expertise in Microcontroller Programming and development on AVR (ATmega and ATtiny), Arduino and ARM (Cortex M0 and Cortex M4) in C/C++/Assembly Language.

I'm not sure why you had chosen freelancer for such a high stake project. developing an exoskeleton to support paralysed or handicap people walk is not an easy task.
it takes a lot of research. much of the parameters depend on the target group and financial status of the end user. primary limb movement design. balancing . walking dynamics. nerve impulse recognition and translation. power pack design. motor selection. frame material selection.
well this is a serious design task. if you really look for such a project I suggest you approach an university to do the research and make you a product or look at core special engineering companies like Intellisym research and engineering solutions.
