I need a client / server software that sends some packets and then it computes some analytics such as latency, bandwidth etc.

The successful person has to have the skills to develop a threaded application that is able to send data and has the ability to receive the data. Also enumerate interfaces at the sender and the receiver side and send across a specific interface data.

on the receiver to be able to receive the data and then compute certain things and provide that data back.

I can provide all architecture and testing.
