The Tampa Bay Area Regional Transit Authority (TBARTA) is a governmental agency in Central West Florida. Under the umbrella of TBARTA, the commuter services team runs and operates a regional vanpool program. This program was established to reduce the amount of traffic on the regional road system. TBARTA is looking for a Freelancer to design and manage a social media campaign for the vanpool program. This campaign would target long-distance commuters (those who drive 20 miles or more to work) to consider using vanpool for their commute rather than driving alone to work. The effort is funded by a grant from the Florida Department of Transportation and would run from April 2021 to the end of June 2021.
