This is not a job for a keyboard warrior!
My work is about helping people find their unique and authentic voice and enabling them to express that. I'm a great practitioner and nearly always wow my clients. My main areas of work are helping people with public speaking, presentation skills, personal identity / branding and reducing strong overseas accents. What I do is fairly unique even amongst other voice coaches. It's a very personal service and I need someone who has the sensitivity to approach my clients with care and empathy.
I can read a voice - that is I can tell you what your voice is saying at a self-esteem level. That really spooks people out when you tell them but it's also my super-power in being able to diagnose what is going on with someone, what is holding them back and how best to help them achieve their goals.
Whilst I might be a fantastic practitioner, I'm rubbish at doing routine sales and marketing, generating leads. I need someone who is happy to do the routine work of compiling lists, creating planning documents and is willing to pick the phone up and initiate conversations with my clients and prospects. Consequently your English needs to be fairly good. I'm OK with a gentle accent but anything too strong will put clients off. Accent Reduction is one of my specialities so I can work with you on that - within reason. We can also create scripts and sequences, some of which I already have in place.
I would need you to help me with my social media strategy, ensuring that we are posting engaging content to an appropriate market and analysing stats that come back from the various platforms on the engagement we're achieving.
The role is part-time at the moment but there is scope for the right individual to carve out a full-time role. You would be working closely with me and my web-development team to achieve results.
