Shopify Code Editing

I have a shopify website for my clothing store. I would like to make some code edits to change some of the elements on the site.
Mobile elements - Some elements need to show differently on mobile devices.
A. make site logo smaller
B. make home page banners smaller
C. I would like 2 products to show side by side in collections “shop” area
D. Do not show hot spot image on mobile
E. Update mobile newsletter popup– change the shape of the input field and add a background
Desktop elements
General
A. Update top navigation to have all categories show from a drop down used in the free Shopify theme called Venture
B. Update loader image to show full logo, even if that means getting rid of circle, Add loader screen when you first enter site
C. Add social icons to top or bottom of website
D. Make search stay open on top menu
E. Create Wishlist functionality. - I have a theme that has it, maybe you can just incorporate it in new theme
F. Abandoned cart reminders
Newsletter & Text Popup
G. Custom image behind text campaign pop up using SMSBump App – and change formatting to look like pic
H. Make newsletter signup only pop up once (every 90 days), and check mark to not show it again,
a. Add First Name, Last Name & Phone Number to newsletter sign up pop up
b. Phone number optional
c. Higher quality graphic for newsletter

I. Make circular links, have white circle around image then gradient, right now im uploading a picture with a white circle around it
Products & Collections
J. Make banner smaller on product and collections page, size of red box in attached image
K. Format/add labels to products, Hot, New, Sold Out (theme has labels built in, but idk how to activate them)
L. Remove vendor from showing on collections & products pages
M. Create email signup wait list for out of stock items
N. Share icons for products
O. Make quickview popup smaller
P. On products, Change select options button to say “add to cart” and it opens quick view, instead of product page.
Q. On the collections page, I want the header category item in the filter section to be a clickable hyperlink, so I do not have to put ‘ALL’ under each category
R. Change quick view icon to an eye (top left corner of product image on collections page), quick view only available for desktop.
S. Be able to upload videos to products
