Hello, Nice to meet you! We want to set up a sharepoint for our users. We have a web page and a sharepoint office 365. It is set up, but organized the way we want. We have link from the our web page to the sharepoint for login. We need : + Some minor adjustments in the homepage (Amazon AWS Console) + Set up and organize the Sharepoint with some folders containing documents as read only for our users. + Set up of folders for the users to drop documents in and that are organized in a certain way and saved in the Onedrive. The Onedrive is only available for admins. + Link to our schedule program (Sling) and if possible and easy to make it integrated in the Sharepoint. + On the left side, news dashboard that shows if any of the files that are available for the users in the sharepoint are updated with a newer version and documents. And also news that we want to share with the users with best solution. Maybe this function already exists in office 365.
I've set up my prior company with a working sharepoint dashboard, also using calendar reminders, deadlines, and well organized file structure. We completed our project to create efficiency and assist with documentation for audit. It's a great way to control access and store electronic documents. I believe most companies will have this similar setup within 5 years as well. Please contact me if interested.
