Hi Sir/Madam, I have been working on Office 365 for 7 years. I have experience with SharePoint, Project, PowerApps, Teams, Flow, PowerBI, Planner and Office Plugin. I developed four mobile/tablet apps like inspection, handover protocol, trade management apps. I developed those forms as canvas and model driven apps. Hi, I have gone through your requirement. So, the user will open the App and will scan the QR code which contains some ID. When they scan we need to save ID, User Name and timestamp to sharepoint list. I don't believe that this project can be done without additional PowerApps licensing unless you want to go through a more expensive and lengthy app development process. Using PowerApps could allow your employees to easily download the app and use their existing credentials to log in to the PowerApp. You could use your license to develop more functionality as you see fit (potentially an app for easily inputting work orders if you have a Dynamics 365 CRM system). However, with the only the project requirements given in the description I would estimate this as a 1-2 week project. I have worked on multiple PowerApps projects with Enterprise Clients at my day job for about 1.5 years now which is about half as long as PowerApps has been released for. Hello, I've been an office 365 consultant for 3 years working as a Business Analyst creating business cases, helping with migrations and recommending new ways of working throughout the business utilising Microsoft 365 tools. From what I understand, the users in you scenario will be able to use their own mobile smartphone to scan a QR Code at a site to log arrival (possibly when they depart as well) and this will be logged in an excel or SharePoint list. For this piece of work there is a simple solution which is to utilise Forms, Power Automate & SharePoint Lists. This doesn't require PowerApps and can be extended to users that don't have a M365 account. I can show you how to create this within an hours call on Teams.
