Improve our Google SEO and Business Listings

Good morning.
We own a taxi company that has relocated in the previous years. On google maps we have various business listings that require updating, some listings require mainly the telephone number updating as we have moved providers and the previous number(s) are out of use.
We have tried to suggest natural updates on Google but this is not working, so in reality we are losing out on work.
Previously our position on Google stood good grounds with ranking, customers are currently looking up the old listings and trying to call our company then resorting to telephone alternative companies.
Secondly we would like to improve our website position and ranking especially in the local area for Taxi search terms. We do not want to lose any of our previous reviews or listings.
We are looking for someone with expertise in SEO and Google Business Listings to improve our overall online presence.
